About Us
Non-Profit Bookkeeping Experts
Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient would probably be the best way to describe us.
We’re a knowledgable, experienced team that’s big enough to serve all of your organization’s bookkeeping needs, yet small enough to really get to know you – and for you to get to know us! Clients say they love our very personalized approach, and developing close working relationships with our professionals.
We get to know more than just your financial picture. We also develop a strong understanding of your work style, and an ability to help you in a very proactive manner. You can have confidence in our ability to work well with your Board of Directors, helping the organization to make very well-informed financial decisions. Your accounting firm will appreciate our work style too, as we’ll make your annual audit more efficient and less disruptive to your in-house staff.
We work in the repurposed loft offices in the Printer’s Building, overlooking Polar Park in Worcester, MA and we’re super proud of this being our home town. But our services are designed for remote delivery using QuickBooks Online, so we can work with organizations and accounting firms nationwide.
Our firm is organized as a worker co-op, and as such we are a values-driven business that puts worker and community benefit at the core of our purpose. The two central characteristics of worker cooperatives are that workers own the business and participate in its financial success on the basis of their labor contribution, and that workers have representation on and vote for the board of directors, adhering to the principle of one worker, one vote.
